Isabela, Philippines – September 2024 – The Youth Empowerment through Technopreneurship (YET) Program, formerly known as the DOST-Academe Technology-Based Enterprise Development (DAT-BED), has successfully concluded its project cycles at Isabela State University – Angadanan Campus.
