In an effort to elevate the Food and Service Management studentsโ€™ skills and capabilities and further exemplify the goals of SDG 4 โ€“ Quality Education, Isabela State University Angadanan Campus Food and Service Management students participated in a Food and Beverage Services NC II training program which was conducted through the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) at the Queen City of the North Skills Training Center, INC. located at BHJ Commercial, Purok Fortune, Aurora, Alicia, Isabela.

From July 4, 2023, to August 24, 2023, with a total of 356 hours, the training provided a comprehensive discussion and demonstration of the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the food and beverage service industry, which is beneficial for their future prospects. They immediately underwent a thorough assessment to ensure the acquisition of these competencies.

Through the dedicated leadership of Mrs. Irene Rose O. Jovido and Mr. Michael M. De Guzman, along with other FSM instructors, a total of 12 Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education FSM students and 2 Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology FSM students participated and completed the training, as well as successfully pass the assessment.

As these students take on other endeavors in the future, they not only become promising and skilled individuals but also exemplify the power of education in transforming lives for a brighter tomorrow.
