After the Angadanan Campus Faculty Association’s (ACFA) election last Friday, July 8, 2022, Isabela State University Angadanan Campus welcomed the newly elected officers with an Oath Taking Ceremony on July 11, 2022, at the Campus Administrator’s Office.
The oath was led by ISU-AC’s Campus Administrator, Dr. Oscar G. Bangayan, and was attended by all of the new ACFA officers.
After the ceremony, Dr. Bangayan congratulated the new officers and reminded them the value of their role in the operations of the campus and in the welfare of its members and its clients.
He added that the administration will always be supportive of the associations’ programs and activities.
In an interview with the newly elected ACFA President, Mr. Jake P. Galiza, he reiterated that their guiding principle focuses on H.E.A.L.T.H., H-ealth in the midst of the pandemic, E-ducation for professional development, A-ssistance in multiple aspects (especially with agricultural projects), L-ove for one another and T-rust with each other in order to build a H-armonious relationship within the association.
“Thank you very much for the trust and the confidence they have given me as the president of the association. I will do my best as your leader for the betterment of the faculty and to further serve the students and the stakeholders. I am also hoping for the help of my fellow faculty members. Let us help one another so that we can further improve and strengthen our association. ” said Mr. Galiza.
He added that he intends to strengthen the committees that are provided in the ACFA CBL in order to involve other faculty members in the formulation of the programs and the activities.
He plans to arrange everything from top to bottom in order to effectively determine the needs of the association.
“Together we stand, tomorrow we will rise,” he stated.
